Rudolf Matúš works on new trends in the automotive industry with a focus on green policy and sustainable mobility. He studied both in the Slovak and the Czech Republic and gained international experience working and studying in the U.S., the UK, as well as the heart of EU institutions in Brussels. He has always enjoyed working with the international community. Rudolf was one of the persons in charge of the Czech presidency in the EU. Subsequently, he worked as a coordinator during the Slovak presidency in the Council of the EU drafting EU policy compromises in the field of energy policy. Rudolf has always focused on topics related to energy and environment, therefore his task today is to introduce conditions for the decarbonization of transport in the Czech Republic. He develops and facilitates stakeholder dialogue between government, industry and organizations promoting ecological solutions.
