Tímea Szőke is a design and art manager. She is the Co-Director of KÉK – Contemporary Architecture Centre in Budapest dealing with urban challenges of the built environment and cultural heritage. She is the Project Leader of Budapest100, a community city festival involving local residents and hundreds of volunteers to raise attention to the city and its built heritage. With her art collective, Ziggurat Project, focusing on interdisciplinary site-specific creation, she supports artists and local communities through participatory processes in Budapest and internationally. The main pillars of her working methodology are based on design thinking, social innovation, and cooperation.
