Trace Thompson

Trace Thompson is completing his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and International Law in Prague. Alongside his studies, he continues to serve as a reservist. Prior to his current studies, Trace served as a French translator for the United States Army in Europe, an experience that broadened his cross-cultural perspective and reinforced the value of language in international contexts. Trace brings a background shaped equally by academic study and military service, giving him a practical understanding of the intersection between law, policy, and global affairs. Outside of work and school, he is an avid mountain biker and reader with an interest in poetry, and dedicates time to learning new languages. Trace is attending this year’s Aspen event to exchange ideas with professionals and leaders from across sectors.
