Veronika Němcová

VERONIKA NĚMCOVÁ currently works as a Product Owner at Česká spořitelna, leveraging her extensive experience from her previous role in Customer Experience (CX) as well as her involvement in international projects and collaborations across Erste Group. Veronika’s topic is financial health and together with teams across the bank, she is looking for solutions and innovative (mainly digital) methods that would help especially vulnerable clients to improve their financial situation and be more stable in everyday life. Because the topic of people in need is important for the entire societal discussion, Veronika often cooperates with state institutions and non-governmental organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in project management from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. Veronika finds solace in engaging in “physical work” such as crafting tangible products from wood or concrete.
