Vladimír Bilčík

Vladimír Bilčík is a Member of the European Parliament, where he holds multiple positions. In the EU, Vladimír is a member of the Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) Committee and substitute member of the Foreign Affairs (AFET) and Constitutional Affairs (AFCO) Committees. He is a member of the center-right EPP Group and serves as Coordinator/Spokesperson for the EPP in the Special Committee Special Committee on Foreign Interference in all Democratic Processes in the European Union, including Disinformation (ING2). He is also a Chair of the EU-Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee and serves as the European Parliament’s Standing Rapporteur for Serbia. He has gained his academic knowledge in the United States, United Kingdom
(particularly at the University of Oxford and the University of Birmingham), and last but not least in Slovakia where he finished his studies with a PhD in Political Theory.
