Wiktor Namysl

Since 2023 Wiktor Namysl is a General Partner at Orbit Capital, regional investment fund with target of investing in scale ups from the Central European region. In the past, Wiktor Namysl held a position of Senior Partner and Managing Partner of Warsaw McKinsey & Company office. During his 24 years long career in the company, he has assumed various leadership roles such as Board positions at different McKinsey & Company legal entities; transition of the company from generalist approach to specialisation in industry verticals; initiation and led build-up Polish Knowledge Center and later on the founding of Polish McKinsey Services office. In addition, he also has full value chain experience across diverse scale of industries and assignments blending top strategic consulting knowledge. Aside from his consulting work, he is one of the most active angel investors in Poland with a portfolio of dozen startups/scaleups. Simultaneously, he is furthermore a Non-executive Board Member at Tidio, global leader in customer service chatbot software for enterprises, and a Board Observer at Packhelp, largest European B2B marketplace for custom packaging solutions.
