Alessandro has 9 years of experience as a manager in Digital Strategy, Commercial Transformation and M&A, with a profile gained through participation in projects across Italy, UK, France and Poland. His profile is completed by a triple degree BA program from the University of Turin, ESCP Europe and London City University. After five years of experience in financial consulting in PwC, Alessandro shifted his career to the industrial sector and joined Lafarge, where he leads strategy and digitalization of internal processes. He is also Chairman of the Board of the Global Shaper Warsaw Hub from the World Economic Forum involved in the development of the local community. He is interested in leadership, people development and is a sports lover. He enjoys creating measurable impact in all the activities he is involved in.
