Anna received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento, and her master’s in Global Mental Health in a joint program at the Institute of Psychiatry at King’s College London, and the London School of Hygiene and Medicine. She is currently a research program lead and project coordinator at the National Institute of Mental Health, Czech Republic focusing on child and adolescent mental health in the department of Public Mental Health. Anna is also a researcher in a project preventing mental disorders at Charles University. In the past, Anna was a consultant at the WHO Office in the EU and currently leads implementation projects teaching mental health literacy and collaborates with WHO on the evaluation of mental health care quality and coverage across Europe.
