Daniela Nacházelová

Daniela became involved in rowing when she was a little girl. During her years as a member of the National team, she started Rowline s.r.o., a company that sells rowing equipment. Daniela currently runs the largest rowing business in the country. She wrote Women’s Voices in Rowing two years ago, a book of inspirational stories of successful female rowers from all over the world. She recently published her second book Hidden Voices in Rowing where she looked into the unseen area of her sport. Daniela still actively works on changing the mindset of the Czech sports culture to be more open, diverse and inclusive.
