Eliška is an HR manager at Direct Fidoo, contributing to building a strong culture and brand awareness. As the Head of Training and Development at Raiffeisenbank, her priority was the innovation of training and development. She created a new onboarding process that saved 40% time in adaptation. Eliška was also responsible for the project “digi education”, providing online courses, virtual reality implementations and leadership online games. She also worked as a customer care specialist, where she gained experience in psychology and communication with people. Eliška is a creative leader, who likes to take part in meaningful projects that move things forward.
