While studying at university, Frantisek had the experience of being an entrepreneur and co-founder of a small software company. The company shifted from custom software development to worldwide distributed software and continues operating to these days. Based on his experience during the financial crisis years, he realized his stress levels were way above his comfort zone. This led to moving to a passive role in the company and joining AVG security software company in 2010. In 2016 he continued in Avast after the acquisition of AVG. His role shifted from software development to leading product delivery teams. He is currently working on a fast growing family of VPN products which are part of the Avast privacy products portfolio.
