Hubert Czyżewski is an intellectual historian, specialising in the relationship between religion and politics in the modern world. Hubert studied at King’s College London (BA, MA) and Oxford University and taught political philosophy at University College London, Oxford and Warsaw University. He published a book “Kolakowski and the Search for Certitude” (Polish edition 2022, English edition forthcoming). Hubert works as an editor and author at an online magazine “Liberal Culture”. An alumnus of Aspen Institute Central Europe Young Leaders Program he has been an active participant of various Aspen initiatives in Europe. Since 2021, Hubert has been an academic director at “Zofia Institute”, an organisation providing executive education in humanities for professionals and companies based in Central Europe.
