Jagoda is the founder and president of the Laboratory of Innovation, Culture and Education Foundation which manages the American Center Warsaw, a priority American Space in the region, appointed as so by the U.S. Department of State. Jagoda is a graduate of the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. She has worked on Polish Radio as a producer and a reporter and later on television, co-producing one of the daily social and lifestyle programs broadcast live. Since 2011, she has specialized in project management. She has collaborated on educational, cultural projects with governmental and non-governmental institutions. She cooperated with the Embassy of the United States carrying out a number of projects related to cultural, educational and defense initiatives.
