Joanna is a psychologist, facilitator and trainer with over 7 years of work experience in education and business. She is passionate about mentoring and career counselling. She is a board member of Mentors4Starters Foundation – the largest mentoring initiative in Poland www.mentors4starters.pl, a Global Shaper www.globalshapers.org (an organization for young leaders established by the World Economic Forum) and former curator of Global Shapers Warsaw Hub. She is currently working as head of the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit (a tech-related conference for over 2,500 participants). She is the author of the Integrated Development Model – an assessment tool used in career counselling. She is a Scrum and Design Thinking enthusiast with an extensive knowledge of project management and creative problem-solving techniques.
