Karel Gargulák

2022 Conference Speaker

In his professional career, Karel Gargulák has been focusing on the strategic management of educational systems, and on the analysis, development and implementation of educational policies. He worked as an analyst at the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, and spent three years at the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, being responsible for conceptual and analytical materials and profiling of departmental research. Karel was behind the project of the Strategy of the Education Policy of the Czech Republic 2030+. As an analyst and consultant, he has cooperated with PAQ Research, the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, the Czech National Agency for International Education and Research, and EDUin, as well as with local or regional administrations.
