Katarína is the Vice President for Public Policy with focus on Central Europe at MasterCard. She currently manages public affairs and advocacy in 7 European markets. In her position she is responsible for overseeing legislative and regulatory activities on the national and the EU level as well as for political communication and positioning. She studied International Relations and Diplomacy at University of Matej Bel in Banská Bystrica and at University of Richmond in Virginia. She began her professional career as a political assistant in the European Parliament and continued as the European Affairs Manager in the French Business Confederation – MEDEF.
