Marta is Head of Public Policy & Government Relations for Central and Eastern Europe at Google. Previously, she worked there as policy analyst focused on the social impact of new technologies in Central and Eastern Europe. Marta is a political scientist and sociologist, a graduate of Warsaw University and the University of Cambridge. In 2005 she co-founded Wybieram.pl, the first Polish get-out-the-vote initiative. Marta is a Humanity in Action Senior Fellow and a graduate of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights’ program. As a scholar, she investigates electoral systems, democratization processes and the realization of democratic ideals in modern societies.
