Martina Jandová

Martina works at Direct pojišťovna as Head of HR & Development and as a Compliance Manager. She was also a Member of the Board responsible for retail products and CRM. Formerly the Head of Life product development and Director of Campaign Management at Česká pojišťovna, she was in charge of sales and direct campaign management and telesales. Martina has a great deal of experience in the insurance field, product management and business analysis, where she met different skilled people and where she developed her passion in finding, developing and working with talented people.
