Martyna is the Group Digital Publishing Manager at Ringier Axel Springer Media AG. Previously, she worked as the Deputy Chief of the News Division at Gazeta.pl, one of the biggest news portals in Poland. She has eleven years of experience working in online media. Martyna started her career as a journalist and worked as an editor and the Editor-in-Chief at Tokfm.pl (Polish Radio TOK FM website). Since 2013 she was the Deputy Chief of one of the biggest online newsrooms in Poland. She graduated from University of Warsaw – Faculty of Journalism and Political Science and Faculty of Social Sciences. She has also finished the first year of her PhD in American Cultural Studies. Among her interests are new media and communication, American history and culture, human rights and photography.
