Matti currently serves as a political diplomat at the Permanent Delegation of the Czech Republic to NATO in Brussels, where he covers hybrid threats, non-military instruments of power, energy security and the implications of climate change. His other professional interests include emerging and disruptive technologies and strategic communications. He holds an MA degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges and a Master’s in International Politics and Diplomacy from the University of Economics in Prague. In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking, reading fantasy books and playing strategic board games.
