Michal Řezníček is Partner at VIGO Investments and from 2022 he is CEO at Direct pojišťovna. Since 2015 Michal worked as CSO at Direct pojišťovna and he had experience as Head of Sales also from Česká pojišťovna. He has more than fifteen years of experience from sales positions in insurance including internal as well as external distribution channels. He has also experience at managing large teams. 

Michal is a graduate from talent program organized for companies of PPF Group in 2005 and from Program for Talents for CEE region countries organized by Generali Holding in 2013. Michal holds a master’s degree from University of Pittsburgh (MBA) and he holds a diploma from Higher Professional School in Olomouc (DiS degree).
