Miky is an adventurer, scout, explorer of human potential, lecturer and mentor. His project X-Challenge creates a community following up on scout education for adults. He also founded Talent Futures, an educational incubator and a community for talented young people. He focuses on how to get the best out of people, be closer to one another and take life seriously but at the same time live lightly. Miky continues to collect life experiences from business, education, mountain climbing and traveling to share them through his public appearance, books and projects innovating the Czech educational system.
