Václav works as a Head of Government Relations at CEC Group, a leading Central European public affairs group. He specializes in digital economy, environment, and labor issues, and he tries to link knowledge of multinational companies to the local environment. Apart from that, he is very passionate about the role of Asia in the world and in Central Europe. In 2015, he served as an adviser to the Czech Technology Agency in China and helped establish the first ever applied research cooperation agreement between the two countries. Externally, he has since 2016 taught a course on relations of China and Central European countries at the Charles University in Prague. He is also active in the NGO sector, particularly at the Association for International Affairs (AMO).
