VILÉM ANZENBACHER graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he received a Ph.D., and the University of Economics in Prague, where he
is currently completing his second Ph.D. He is the co-author of the new electoral law and several other key laws. He is one of the two authors of the Jubilee Year law, which helped dozens of thousands of people get out of debt traps and co-authored many other legislative works that helped people in debt. He is an Advisor to the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Trade. William was the Chairman of the Board of one of the largest publishing houses in the Czech Republic and a Member of the Board of several other companies mostly focused on crisis
management and green energy.
