Wiktor is a partner of McKinsey & Company in Poland and a leader of the Operations Practice in Central and Eastern Europe. With almost 20 years of experience in strategic consulting, in 23 countries and 6 continents, he offers a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on practicality. Wiktor advises clients on operations, capital productivity, corporate strategy, business transformation, and mergers & acquisitions. Over the past years he has worked with most of the top 20 companies in Poland and several of the world’s foremost organizations. Wiktor has led almost 180 projects, including 60 strategy development projects and more than 80 transformation programs, technology transformation and venturing into new business areas. Aside from his consulting work, he is one of the most active angel investors in Poland, with a portfolio of dozen startups/scaleups, and collaboration with 3 venture funds.
