TOMÁŠ POSPÍŠIL is an entrepreneur, investor, and academic. He co-founded Exekutor má smůlu.cz (roughly translated as The Bailiff Is Out of Luck.cz), a project focused on stopping unlawful enforcement proceedings (“exekuce” in Czech) that were initiated based on invalid arbitration awards. He earned his Ph.D. in International Political Relations from the University of Economics in Prague in 2014
