Samar Shabeeb

Partnerships Manager

SAMAR SHABEEB is the Partnerships Manager at the Aspen Institute Central Europe, where she contributes to the development of strategic institutional partnerships across CE and beyond.

She holds a Double Master’s Degree in European and International Public Policy and Politics from the London School of Economics and Bocconi University, where she was awarded the Ceresio Scholarship for academic excellence. She completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science at Sciences Po Paris (Menton campus) and at Université de Montréal (with Honors).

Her distinctions include: (1) Leader in Multilateral Negotiation (LSE); (2) “Most Likely to Change the World” award (SciencesPo); (3) first woman elected Vice President of the Student Council (LFP); (4) finalist in international eloquence competitions; and (5) top-ranked NGO fundraiser, promoted to supervisor (Public Outreach Canada). She is also the founder and president of several student initiatives focused on human rights and social impact.

Her experience spans international organizations, NGOs, social enterprises, and chambers of commerce. Samar is fluent in French, Arabic, English, Italian and speaks Czech, and Spanish.
