Julian Theseira

JULIAN THESEIRA is the Policy Group Coordinator at the Center for AI and Digital Policy (CAIDP), coordinating AI policy advocacy with countries around the world. Julian is also a PhD student at Charles University researching China’s Strategic Narratives about AI, climate change, the Ukraine War, and Taiwan disseminated on international social media platforms. Julian also coordinates the Climate Action Network’s (CAN) Global Stocktake (GST) Working Group, coordinating global environmental civil society organisations’ submissions to the evaluation mechanism of the Paris Agreement.
