BARBORA DUŠKOVÁ leads sponsorship and brand experience projects at Česká spořitelna, where she focuses on connecting financial health with culture, sport, and gaming. Through creative brand activations, she aims to make financial literacy more engaging and accessible—especially for young people. She has ten years of international experience in event and brand management across the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. She earned a first-class degree in Events and Business Management from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. Throughout her career, Barbora has worked on a wide range of public-facing projects, including large-scale cultural events. Among her most notable achievements is leading the George Town fan zone at the Colours of Ostrava music festival—twice awarded by the Czech Event Association and recognised for its public impact and creativity.
