Dawid Daniel Malinowski

DAWID DANIEL MALINOWSKI is an English-qualified corporate lawyer, focusing on private equity and M&A transactions. Throughout his career, he has worked at renowned international corporate law firms in the City of London and Warsaw. A Polish and British national, he divides his time between the two countries. Working with Bexley Beaumont, an English corporate & commercial law firm, he routinely advises prestigious and demanding business clients including listed companies, large private businesses, tech start-ups and scale-ups, and private equity and venture capital funds and portfolio companies. He also routinely represents private businesses belonging to several of Poland’s top 10 Forbes-listed individuals. Outside of his professional engagements, Dawid is committed to widening access to educational opportunities for young people with Our Future Foundation (where he is a member of OFF’s Council), one of Poland’s largest educational NGOs according to Forbes Magazine. He is also a mentor at Sebastian Kulczyk’s InCredibles Programme. He has also been shortlisted by Wolters Kluwer for the ‘Rising Star Lawyer – Leader of Tomorrow 2024’ ranking for Poland.
