
Blanka Šoulavá
BLANKA ŠOULAVÁ works across digital policy, public innovation, and negotiation. At Česko. Digital, she helps improve public digital services in the Czech Republic through research, policy, and advocacy, including large-scale research on state digital transformation and its translation into government priorities. Previously, she headed the European Digital Agenda Unit at the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, where she coordinated Czech positions on EU digital policy and negotiated complex legislative files. She also led the team behind one of the country’s largest public digitalization events, bringing together more than 100 partners and 5,000 participants. Alongside her policy work, she teaches strategic and transactional negotiation for Vyjednáváme, drawing on experience from Harvard Kennedy School and public-sector practice. She holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School. Outside work, she can usually be found lifting heavy things, practicing handstands, or surfing.
