
Jan Cipár
JÁN CIPÁR is a graduate of International Energy program at SciencesPo Paris and works as a Strategy Analyst at ČEZ, where he prepares financial models and assesses the strategic fit of investments in renewable energy, nuclear projects, and electricity distribution networks. He previously worked at the International Energy Agency in the Hydrogen and Alternative Fuels unit, contributing to the infrastructure chapter of the Global Hydrogen Review 2025. Ján has also gained professional experience at the Kempelen Institute of Intelligent Technologies (KInIT), where he held several roles, alongside internships in EU and Slovak public institutions. Beyond his professional work, he is actively engaged in volunteering, contributing to initiatives supporting young people and individuals experiencing homelessness. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he co-founded an NGO focused on improving mental health of the elderly.
