Konrad Dobrowolski

KONRAD DOBROWOLSKI is a Polish and English-qualified banking lawyer holding a doctorate in Banking Law. He leads an independent boutique law firm, Waypoint Legal, and serves as counsel to Bank Pekao S.A., Poland’s second largest bank. He is also a specialist Of Counsel at DWF’s Warsaw office, one of the largest international law firms in the Polish market. His practice focuses on advising large corporates, financial institutions and C-level decision-makers on complex, high-value cross-border transactions and projects. In addition to his transactional work, Konrad contributes to shaping industry and regulatory discussions through his involvement with the Polish Bank Association. He also regularly delivers specialist training and executive-level seminars for leading participants in the Polish financial sector, with a focus on LMA documentation and the application of English law in financing transactions. He has been independently recognised as a member of the 2025 Economic Forum’s Future Leaders cohort.
