Celoživotní zvyšování kvalifikace se musí stát společenskou prioritou

Aspen Institute CE uspořádal dne 22. září 2020 expertní kulatý stůl k celoživotnímu zvyšování kvalifikace. Expertní diskuse ukázala, že chybí jednotná platforma pro řešení dostupnosti celoživotního vzdělávání. Na změny na pracovním trhu se lze připravit, ale iniciativy v ČR jsou relativně izolované, chybí koordinační orgán. Účastníci diskuse se shodli, že by bylo žádoucí vytvořit platformu, v rámci které by zástupci státu, byznysu, vzdělávacích institucí a akademické sféry společně určovali, jaký vzdělávací obsah je potřeba vytvářet, jaké profesionální dovednosti jsou relevantní a jaké jsou vyhlídky budoucího uplatnění na trhu práce pro jednotlivé profese.
