Štěpán Krb
ŠTĚPÁN KRB is a lawyer and a corporate manager. With almost 15 years of experience in multinational environments, he has built his career on the conviction that legal advice is most powerful when it enables — and makes room for — business and the people it serves. Štěpán began his career at White & Case in Prague, where he spent seven years on some of the region’s most complex cross-border matters, spanning dispute resolution, M&A, restructurings and bankruptcies, and crisis response. He later moved in-house, first as Group Legal Counsel at PPF Telecom Group and then at CETIN, where he currently serves as Head of General Legal & Special Projects. He has led major corporate transformations, resolved high-stakes disputes, and shaped a team culture built on collaboration, candid feedback, and continuous development. His work spans technology, regulation, and corporate strategy — a space where sound judgment and legal expertise matter as much as the ability to listen, reflect, and act with purpose. He is particularly interested in how technology is redrawing the boundaries of regulation, accountability, and human judgment. He holds a Master of Laws from Charles University in Prague.
