
Ema Šťastná
Ema has lived in seven different countries and worked for private, state, and international institutions. She is a curious, constantly evolving and learning young professional. Born and raised in Prague, she successfully completed two Bachelor degrees and two Master degrees from Charles University in Prague and the London School of Economics, focusing on politics, communication, and security studies. She currently serves as the Director of Communications for the government party KDU-ČSL, leading its election campaign as part of the SPOLU coalition for the upcoming parliamentary elections. Ema previously worked as the Spokesperson for the EU Mission in Armenia and continues to build her expertise in hybrid threats and strategic communications as a Mission Analytical Capability (MAC) analyst in the EU Monitoring Mission (EUMM) in Georgia. Her work requires strong skills in project coordination, adapting to new environments, working under pressure, and building strategic networks. Ema is also a passionate sportswoman, mountain enthusiast, and world traveler.
