Alexandra Bízková

Alexandra Bízková is a business leader bridging sectors to create long-term value and meaningful impact. She serves as CEO and Chair of the Board of Pro Arte SICAV, where she leads the fund’s strategic direction, organizational development, and partnerships with key stakeholders across the private and public sectors. Her previous experience as CFO gave her deep insight into financial management, risk governance, and investment processes, which later shaped her approach to leadership and strategic growth.

She further broadened her strategic and operational expertise at the venture builder Longevitytech.fund, supporting early-stage companies at the intersection of science and technology. Alexandra has extensive experience leading interdisciplinary teams, developing talent, and communicating high-impact projects. Through her work with the Moonshot Platform — as a mentor and judge of the Moonshot Awards — she brings an international perspective and global connections across innovation ecosystems, venture capital, and the public sphere.

Committed to strengthening civil society, Alexandra served on the Czech Philharmonic’s Opus 85 Cabinet, supporting its major donor community, and continues to contribute to philanthropy and impact-driven initiatives through mentoring and community-building roles. She is a member of Level20, the Inspire Impact Network, and a graduate of the Aspen Young Leaders Program, embodying values-based leadership aimed at driving meaningful societal change.
