
Łukasz Kołodziej
ŁUKASZ KOŁODZIEJ is a Fulbright Scholar and John F. Kennedy Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, where he pursues a Master in Public Administration degree. His work focuses on technology policy and international security. He is a Research Assistant to Eric Rosenbach for the Defense, Emerging Technology, and Strategy (DETS) program, and works with the Intelligence Project and the Middle Powers Project at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. Most recently, he worked as a Gergen Fellow at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, focusing on cybersecurity.
Prior to Harvard, Lukasz worked at the European Court of Auditors in Luxembourg as a data scientist focusing on driving digital change, as a business intelligence specialist at Bitpanda in Vienna, and as a research assistant to Professor Jonothan Neelands for the Coventry City of Culture 2021 in the United Kingdom.
He holds a B.Sc. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics and an M.Sc. in Business Analytics from the University of Warwick. He completed fellowships at UNC–Chapel Hill and Sciences Po Paris. He is a board member of the NetworkPL Association and served as a trustee of the Warwick Students’ Union.
He has been named an Aspen Young Leader, OSCE-UNODA Scholar for Peace and Security, and European Forum Alpbach Scholar, among other international recognitions. He completed an 840km solo pilgrimage through northern Spain.
