Markéta Pekarová Adamová is a Member of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, till 2017 a member of the Committee on Social Affairs, the Committee on Petitions, and Chair of the Subcommittee on Human Rights. Since 2015 she has been vice-president of the political party TOP 09. In 2010, she was elected in the municipal elections and became Councilor for Social Affairs in Prague 8. A graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague and Charles University, Mrs. Pekarová Adamová specializes in human rights, social affairs, economics and education.
