Tomáš Min Zbynovsky

AYLP 2023 I. Alumni Network Meeting

Tomáš raised and manages the first traditional search fund focused on CZ/SK markets, SMGO. His goal is to find, acquire and actively manage one great local SME where owners cope with succession issues or feel like they reached their limits. He graduated from INSEAD in 2017 (MBA) and Charles University in 2012 (Bachelor’s Mathematics). Tomas has lived and worked in nine countries and traveled across more than 60 of them. These years “on the road” gave him not only a number of great memories but also a passion to work with diverse crowds. He decided to utilize this experience back home where he plans to bring more diversity, inclusivity, impact- driven decision-making, and values- based leadership into local businesses while scaling them internationally.
